All city beach access is free. Up on the north end (drive on beach area) & in both state parks there is a fee. You can enter all with paying one fee. You can also get weekly & longer passes at the parks building on the south end before entering Isla Blanca park.
Note: South & City Beach's you can not drive on. You can only access the drive on the beach north in the county beach areas.
